This notebook of approach to Physics was prepared with the notes, fragments of texts, readings and comments and even news and documentary data that nourished the weekly debates of the Workshop held at the CAUM for almost two years. Finally, the idea arose to publish it coinciding with the celebration of the International Year of
Astronomy, allowing its editors to freely give the notebook the character it now has. A subsequent edition would make it possible to collect as many criticisms and corrections as it deserves in order to overcome it, and even modify it, especially when the pressing need to contribute to the elaboration of a profoundly mobilizing Great Social Project is most evident.
